This Privacy Policy explains what information AIDigiM (“AIDigiM”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built AIDigiM on a simple principle: your data and your money stay in your hands.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and profile image from Google when you sign in.
• Business profile: details you provide during onboarding (business name, website, goals, budget, location).
• Connected-account access: when you connect an advertising account, we receive authorization tokens that let us act on your behalf, plus data from those accounts (e.g. campaigns, performance metrics, and — where authorized — reviews and comments) used to generate suggestions.
• Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the AIDigiM service: to understand your business, generate campaign suggestions, create and optimize campaigns you approve, and report results to you. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Google user data — Limited Use

AIDigiM’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide or improve user-facing features, is not transferred to others except as necessary to operate the service or as required by law, and is not used for advertising to you.

4. How we protect your data

• Authorization tokens are encrypted at rest using strong (AES-256-GCM) encryption.
• Access is scoped to your account; you can only reach your own data.
• Connections are made over secure, encrypted channels.
• We never store your ad-platform payment details — billing stays directly between you and each platform.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the third-party platforms you connect (to carry out your authorized actions) and with infrastructure providers that help us operate the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect any platform or delete your account at any time, after which we remove your stored authorization tokens and associated data within a reasonable period.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and revoke connected-account access at any time. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies to track you across the web.

9. Children

AIDigiM is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
