These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIDigiM (“AIDigiM”, “we”, “us”), an AI-assisted advertising platform available at aidigim.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

This document is a general template provided for transparency and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it for your business.

1. The service

AIDigiM helps you plan, create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across third-party platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and X) using artificial intelligence. You connect your own advertising accounts, and we act on your behalf within the permissions you grant.

2. Your account

You must sign in with a valid Google account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

3. Your advertising accounts and spend

  • You retain full ownership of your advertising accounts and data.
  • Ad spend is billed directly to you by the relevant ad platform on your own payment method. We never hold or process your ad budget.
  • You authorize AIDigiM to create and manage campaigns within the limits and approvals you set, including any auto-spend caps you configure.
  • You are responsible for complying with each ad platform’s policies and terms.

4. AI suggestions and no guarantee of results

AIDigiM provides automated suggestions and optimizations. Advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific level of impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, or return on ad spend. You are responsible for reviewing campaigns before they go live.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIDigiM to advertise unlawful products or services, to violate any ad platform’s policies, to infringe intellectual property, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis as described on our pricing page. Fees are for the AIDigiM service only and are separate from your ad spend. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. Termination

You may stop using AIDigiM and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIDigiM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any ad spend, lost profits, or lost revenue arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
